The Prompt
I'm a wedding photographer preparing for a discovery call with a couple. Here's what I know about them: [PASTE ANY NOTES FROM THEIR INQUIRY — name, date, venue, budget, how they found you, anything they mentioned wanting] Generate a personalized list of 8–10 questions I should ask on this call. Organize them into: 1. Logistics questions (date, venue, guest count, timeline) 2. Style and vision questions (what kind of photos do they want, who are their inspirations) 3. Budget and package questions (what's their realistic budget, what matters most) 4. Trust and relationship questions (why did they choose me, what would make them feel confident) Add a single-sentence coaching tip before each question explaining WHY this question matters. Format this as a clean, scannable prep sheet I can have open during the call. Write in my Studio Voice.
